ANSWER:
Products can be returned for exchange in the following conditions:-
- No sign that the shoes have been worn;
- No damage or scratch on the surface or bottom of the merchandise(s);
- Customers shall be responsible for the shipping charges of the return and reshipping cost for the exchange merchandise(s);
- Fifteen percent (15%) of restocking fee will be charged;
- The return for exchange should be made within 30 days from the date the products are received;
- Please use the Gift Certificate we send to you for the exchange;
For faster processing of your exchange, please send us the tracking number and name of the shipping company, OTHERWISE IT MAY TAKE A MINIMUM OF 3 to 4 WEEKS for EXCHANGE or REFUND.
